Maximus is a voice-first AI assistant for business. This policy explains what data we process and why. Plain language, no surprises.
Only what you give us and what you explicitly connect:
Solely to provide the assistant's features for you. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or to train third-party models. Processing happens on secure servers in the EU.
Maximus's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only to provide and improve the features you request, is never sold, never used for ads, and never transferred to others except as needed to provide the service, for security, or when required by law.
When you use call features, audio is transcribed to extract the relevant facts and is then deleted automatically — only the text summary you approve is kept.
You can disconnect any integration at any time, which revokes our access immediately. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us; we then erase it without undue delay.
You may access, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw any connection you granted. Requests: ceomaximus@proton.me.
Maximus is provided as an assistant tool. You are responsible for the actions you instruct it to take and for reviewing anything it drafts before it is sent or published on your behalf.
Don't use Maximus for anything unlawful, abusive, or that infringes others' rights. Don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
You connect your own third-party accounts (e.g. Google, telephony) under their respective terms. You keep control and can revoke access at any time.
The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms and this policy. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
